Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services, information products, and goods offered by Jurinexarion through jurinexarion.com. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Jurinexarion, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and acknowledge our Business ID: 298057716.

2. Services

Jurinexarion provides enterprise legal services, including but not limited to corporate advisory, compliance review, document drafting, and legal representation. Detailed scope is outlined in each project agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are payable as specified in our engagement letter. Payment may be made via credit card, e-transfer, or direct deposit. Failure to settle fees may result in suspension of services until cleared.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Enterprise Legal Services

Clients may request a refund of service fees if no substantive work has commenced. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original method of payment. If services have commenced, you may opt to reschedule or transfer the service to another project, subject to mutual agreement and availability. Once final deliverables are issued, fees are non-refundable, as work is considered complete.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials, courses, and webinars are eligible for a refund if no access or download has occurred within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team. Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Transfers of information products to third parties are not permitted.

4.3 Goods

Physical items purchased through our platform may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be sent back unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping unless the item is defective. Approved refunds for goods are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the items, using the original payment method. Exchanges for similar items are available upon request. Customized or bespoke items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

5. No Refund Situations

Certain services are provided on a non-refundable basis, including but not limited to expedited filings and one-off consultation sessions where time and resources are allocated immediately upon booking. These non-refundable arrangements will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Modification of Terms

Jurinexarion reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post changes on jurinexarion.com, and continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
